In order to further deepen international cooperation and ensure that product quality meets North American market standards, important American customer representatives in Shenzhen recently visited our factory and conducted a comprehensive production process visit and quality inspection audit for the Black Poly Mailer Bags project of this cooperation. This visit is not only a routine factory inspection, but also reflects the high importance that customers attach to our manufacturing capabilities and quality system.
1. Go deep into the workshop and intuitively understand the production process
Accompanied by our team, the customer visited the raw material storage area, film blowing workshop, printing workshop, bag making workshop and finished product packaging area.
During the film blowing process, the customer focused on understanding the high-quality LDPE raw materials and multi-layer co-extrusion film blowing process used in the black mailing bags, and conducted on-site observation and confirmation of the thickness uniformity, toughness and light-shielding properties of the film material.
In the bag making and sealing process, customers showed great interest in the viscosity stability, sealing strength and anti-tampering effect of the bag self-sealing adhesive, and had in-depth exchanges with technical staff on process details.
2. Strict testing to ensure stable and reliable quality
In the quality inspection area, the customer focused on checking the thickness tolerance, tensile strength, puncture resistance, edge sealing firmness and appearance consistency of the black mailing bags.
Our quality team demonstrated multiple inspection processes on site, including sampling testing and record traceability systems, clearly demonstrating to customers the entire process quality control mechanism from raw materials entering the factory to finished product shipments. Customers fully affirmed the ISO quality management system and standardized operations implemented by our company.

After the visit, the two parties had in-depth communication on the specification confirmation, packaging method, delivery arrangement and subsequent batch stability of this cooperation order.
